I CODICI “EMS”
Il sistema EMS ( E asy M ind S ystem) per la classificazione dei gatti di razza.Il numero sempre crescente di razze e colorazioni riconosciute ha reso necessario l'introduzione di un sistema che consentisse di associare a ciascun gatto un codice che ne identifichi univocamente : la razza, il colore del mantello, la pezzatura e il colore degli occhi.
Il sistema EMS proposto dalla FIFe consente di comporre in maniera semplice il codice che identifica la tipologia di ciascun soggetto. Il codice EMS è così composto: codice razza codice colore mantello codice pezzatura codice colore occhi . Vediamo ora quali sono i codici EMS che identificano le varie caratteristiche:
